Moxie360 Marketing is looking for a results-driven paid ads specialist to join our team as a part-time, remote 1099 subcontractor. You’ll plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for small businesses across the Austin metro, with a focus on generating qualified leads, not just clicks. The work includes audience targeting and segmentation, ad copy and creative direction, conversion tracking, and ongoing performance optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with our strategy and web teams to make sure every campaign connects to high-converting landing pages and follow-up systems.

Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Preferred: Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4 conversion tracking, and landing page optimization.

Moxie360 Marketing is looking for a skilled WordPress web developer to join our team as a part-time, remote 1099 subcontractor. You’ll build and refine websites for small businesses across the Austin metro, turning strategy into fast, conversion-focused, ADA-conscious sites that serve as real marketing assets. The work ranges from new builds and redesigns to ongoing maintenance, and you’ll collaborate closely with our strategy and content teams to bring each project to life.

Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience.

Preferred: Experience with Bricks Builder (or similar builders such as Oxygen, Elementor, or Breakdance) and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
